WELCOME IN WEDNESDAY!! MABTR debuts Austin, Coco, Fawn, Noel & Zoe!!
AUSTIN is 12 YO whose owner went into a nursing home. He is house & leash trained, and is eligible for our Golden Paws savings program. I prefer a home where a man is my caretaker. I love going on walks and eating treats. I have a calm personality.
I get along with cats and adults. The man in the house is my favorite. I tend to be alpha with the women. I would rather not be in a busy household. I live with children now which I am not use to and just too much for me. I need a comfy bed/safe place to rest.
COCO is 7 YO breeder release. She is leash trained and is eligible for our Golden Paws savings program. I love getting to know dog life! When I first came to my foster parents, I didn't know anything about toys, pets, or even a soft bed to sleep on. Now that I am getting settled, I love enjoying all the amenities of being a pet, like sleeping and snuggling with my humans and eating treats! I have a very sweet and loving personality. I am so excited when my foster parents come home from being gone and I often express that by licking their face! They are trying to help me learn that there are some better ways to show I care! The longer I am with them, the more I really start to blossom and show my funny and silly side. I have an unbeatable butt wiggle that just cracks my foster parents up! I get along with the other Boston Terrier in my home but I could also be happy as an only dog. I would rather not have a family where they are expecting me to be perfect right off the bat. I'm working on not jumping and licking. It's just hard because I'm sooooo happy to finally have some love! I'm also very interested in what my humans have on their plates, and they're trying to help me learn what is my food bowl and what is theirs! I need a family who has a little patience and has a lot of love to give a girl like me who has a second chance!
FAWN is 2 YO breeder release, and weighs 10 lbs. I’m a sweet-natured girl who is learning that the world isn't such a scary place after all. Since coming into foster care, I've been slowly discovering what it means to be loved, safe, and cared for. I'm still a bit shy and skittish, but every day I make a little more progress. I'm even starting to learn my name and will come closer to my foster family when I'm feeling brave! I’ve even been caught having fun with stuffed toys a couple of times! I absolutely love my bed and my soft blanket, especially when they're inside my kennel. That's my safe place where I can relax and feel secure. I get along well with other small dogs and would enjoy having a confident canine friend to show me the ropes. Because I'm still learning about leashes and being out in the world, I need a securely fenced yard where I can safely explore and do my business while I continue working on leash training. I would rather not be rushed into new situations or have people expect me to be a lap dog right away. I need a family that understands puppy mill dogs and is willing to give me the time, patience, and encouragement I need to blossom. If you're willing to let me move at my own speed, I promise I'll continue gaining confidence and showing you just how special I am. Fawn is a very sweet girl who is making steady progress every day. She is looking for a patient adopter who will celebrate the small victories, continue her confidence-building journey, and provide the secure, loving home she deserves. With time, understanding, and a fenced yard to keep her safe while she learns, Fawn has all the potential to become a devoted and loving companion.
NOEL is 3 YO breeder release and weighs 14 lbs. I love my foster fur brothers. They have helped me adapt and taught me how to be a pet. I get along with other dogs. I also love naps! I have anxiety from my previous life. My foster humans allow me space and time and I am starting to come out of my shell. I would rather not live within a lot of commotion. I need time to adjust to new environments and I need safe places to take a break from it all.
ZOE is 6 YO breeder release. I have learned so much in just a few days! I like sleeping in bed with my foster mama. She says I am a 100% cuddle muffin! I just learned how to go up and down stairs. Being in a house is all new to me, but I love it! I will go in the kennel when my foster parents have to go to work, but I miss them so much I cry sometimes. I love my dog siblings! I would like to go to home with other friends, but I would be ok on my own too. I get along with other dogs and all humans. I haven’t been around kids or cats, but my foster mom thinks I’d do just fine. I love squeaky toys ... I love to play. I have the cutest freckle on my neck and the sweetest heart. I would rather not be left all alone for more than 6 hours. I need someone to give me all the kisses and lots of scratches. I am very loving and cuddly.
