Registration for the Movie Matinee closes tonight!
Tickets are available for the September 11th Movie Matinee until 8pm.

$5 - PTO Member Price

Limited to the first 100 students to sign up.

K-6th grade students only please. If you would like your TK student to attend then please also volunteer.

One ticket includes admission, snacks, and water for one student. Please purchase one ticket for each student you have attending.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED. If you prefer paying cash, please fill out the back of the flyer that was sent home with your student. You do not need to fill out the back of the flyer if you registered online. Cash should be sent to your students TEACHER, not the front office.

Students may bring one blanket and one pillow. Extra snacks are welcome, but please no candy. Students must remain in the multipurpose room for the duration of the movie. Students being picked up will be dismissed at the MP room doors. Remember to review the behavior expectations with your students.

If you're able to volunteer, please sign up on our website. You must be fingerprinted. Volunteers' students attend for free!

Each Donner Dinner Night this year will bring our school community together over the flavors and cultures that make our world such a beautifully diverse and delicious place. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a fun night out with your family, this is one series you won't want to miss!

Our first stop? Greece! 🇬🇷 Join us at Nick the Greek for a night filled with bold Mediterranean flavors, fresh ingredients, and the kind of food that makes you feel like you're dining by the Aegean Sea. From savory gyros to creamy hummus, it's going to be a meal to remember. A portion of every purchase goes right back to supporting Elitha Donner Elementary, so come hungry and bring the whole family — let's eat our way around the world together!

New Volunteers
If you are new to volunteering with EGUSD, you will need to complete a volunteer application. To get started click the link below to access and complete the application:

Established Volunteers
If you have already been fingerprinted in the past, you won't need to repeat that process! You will simply need to complete the online training. Click the link below for step-by-step instructions on how to do so:

Please make sure to complete whichever step applies to you before volunteering. Only approved volunteers will be allowed to help during events which require fingerprints, such as our Movie Matinees. Chelsea Perez
Hello Donner families! My name is Chelsea Perez and I have served on the PTO for the last three years, as Treasurer, Secretary, and President. I’m excited to be president again this year and to continue doing amazing things for our students. I’m passionate about making school a fun, welcoming, and engaging place for all of our students, and that includes bringing even more exciting events, fresh ideas, and opportunities for families to get involved. If you see me around campus, please say hello. I'd love to meet you!

Cortney Chow
Hello, my name is Cortney Chow and I am excited to serve as the Treasurer of the Donner PTO this year! My son, Jude, is a proud Donner Dolphin in the second grade. I have been a teacher in EGUSD for 20+ years and have served as a teacher representative on the PTO of school sites that I have worked at. I’m excited to serve on the PTO as a Donner parent. I’m looking forward to working together to support the students and staff at Donner and am excited to continue to strengthen this partnership.

Eva Hernandez
My name is Eva. My family and I have lived in Elk Grove for almost 9 years. My husband and I enjoy traveling and exploring all the fun things Elk Grove/Sacramento has to offer. I have two daughters: Athena, who is a 3rd grader this year, and Mikaela, who is starting 1st grade! I enjoy helping others and volunteering for events. I am extremely excited for this new school year and all the fun projects ahead.

Marissa Barrientos
Hi! My name is Marissa Barrientos. I have two wonderful daughters, ages 7 and 4. My older daughter will be starting second grade at Donner and my younger daughter will be in TK. I also work on the campus as a Speech Language Pathologist at the preschool assessment center. I am excited to join the Donner PTO community as a Director at Large for the 26/27 school year!
