Amazing performance by the El Paso Youth Jazz Ensemble and our very our Matador Trumpet player Josh Chenausky. The not for profit jazz group performed their end of the year concert with a live recording. If your musician is looking for a group to expand their abilities the EP Youth Jazz is a fantastic organization. Thank you to the Boosters and student leaders that attended to cheer him on.

This has been an incredible year thanks to our amazing volunteers! We 100% could not do this without your time, effort, donations and support. Because of you, our students’ band experience is truly amazing!

We are so proud to announce that at today’s YISD Volunteer Luncheon, 4 of the 8 volunteers from Parkland High School recognized for the highest number of service hours were from our Band Booster program! Congratulations to Elsa Armendariz, Melanie Ramirez, Lizbeth Pepper and Laura Carrasco! A huge thank you to everyone who gives their valuable time to the amazing and talented kids we have in this program! 🥁🎺
