What a wonderful afternoon of celebration, camaraderie, and great memories!

The El Paso Sergeants Major Association extends our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who joined us in celebrating our 35th Anniversary! Your presence made this milestone even more special, and we are truly grateful to everyone who took the time to celebrate with us.

👏 To our Founding Fathers who were in attendance: Thank you for your vision, dedication, and commitment to establishing an Association that has stood strong for 35 years. Because of the foundation you built, generations of Sergeants Major have had a place to come together, maintain lifelong friendships, and continue the spirit of service and camaraderie. The El Paso Sergeants Major Association is proud to celebrate our 35th Anniversary, and we invite our members to join us for an afternoon of fellowship, great food, and recognition of the legacy of our Association and its Founding Fathers.

Dear Members,

It is with the deepest regret and sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Iva N. Thompson, the spouse of CSM (Retired) Samuel (Sam) P. Thompson. Iva (Nell) passed on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the age of 87. Nell was a wonderful friend to many of our members.

Nell was a devoted and loving wife to Sam. Both Nell and Sam were very active in our El Paso SGM Association. Nell will be greatly missed.
