Happy National Public Safety Telcommunicators Week! What does that mean? It is one week of celebrating the accomplishments and dedications that 911 operators have, nationwide! One week! Just one week! Thank your local 911 center! Thank your local First Responders! Appreciate that there are people nationwide that work ridiculous hours to keep you safe.

I am proud to say that I have been a 911 dispatcher for over 18 years. As a person with a disability, I am beyond ecstatic! I’m grateful to serve my community. I’m grateful to be an asset to my community.
