• Founder/C.E.O.- David Tompkins, directs the overall ministry to include scheduling and coordinating of all evangelistic meetings, conferences and seminars in the USA and abroad. He also directs the writing of the curriculum being used for the Bible Institute and structures the classes and instructors for that Institute in Busia Uganda Africa. David is a powerhouse speaker and is anointed by God to release prophetic declarations over the people of God in all countries.
• Co-Founder- Shonda Tompkins, serves alongside her husband to help coordinate any and all women's bible studies, seminars and conferences. Shonda is an incredible speaker, anointed with compassion and grace to bring hope and healing to those that need it. Founded in 1988 by David and Shonda Tompkins, PMI exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ by every effective means and to equip others to do the same. Our desire is to reach out with the love and mercy of God's resources to a lost and hurting world. There seems to be endless needs and overwhelming suffering in the world today, but God is looking for those who will heal the brokenhearted and proclaim hope to the lost. Although many times we have reached out to help the basic needs of men, women and children around the world through humanitarian efforts, we are driven by the knowledge that the most valuable need within God’s creation is the reconciliation of the immortal soul of man. About one third of the people on earth identify as Christians. But most Christians live in nations where more than 90% of those people call themselves Christian. Let that sink in.
The Church is doing a great job at evangelizing and discipling from within but not so much in regions beyond. Did you know that most non-Christians(unreached people groups) live in nations where less than 5% of people are Christians and many of those countries have less than 1% of Christian Influence. These are all found in Africa, Asia and India/ The 10/40 Window

As of the first of December, this is our progress on the 1040 Missionary Training Institute based in Busia Uganda, East Africa. We have been working on the engineering and installation of the roof through the month of November and we are getting close to covering with the tiles which will dry in the top floor (The Upper Room) serving as the schools’ chapel and corporate classroom for the students. This will complete Phase One of this building campaign!
Our goal is to be starting school by June of 2026. Once the roof is finished, we will begin installing the windows, doors and railings (Beginning Phase Two). WE NEED YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND PRAYERS TO COMPLETE THIS LIFE-TRANSFORMING TRAINING FACILITY! Our total budget for completion is $250,000. Up-to-date we have raised and invested $132,000 for this Kingdom purpose of taking African nationals from within the 10/40 Window (unreached people groups) to Train, Equip and Send into these unreached areas of the continent of Africa. These students will become the modern-day Pauls, Silas’s and Timothy’s to their home nations!
I have attached some photos and a video to try and explain why the need to get the Good News of Christ to this part of the earth is so vitally important. Compare the map of Christian nations verses the unreached and unengaged people of the earth. CONSIDER MAKING AN END-OF-THE-YEAR CONTRIBUTION TO THIS PROJECT AND CAMPAIGN.

They posed to take a quick photo just after ministering to hundred’s of Christian ministers, believers and people who had just received Christ in a remote village area; a risky area in the middle of the 19 year long war between the Ugandan army and the brutal Lords Resistance Army led by a monster named Kony who would mutilate his victims.

In an age of deconstruction and rethinking of nearly everything ever done, the Church should not be surprised to find itself confused by words like mission, missions, missional, and missionary. Some struggle to redefine these categories and some seek to reclaim them, while others reject them outright, with or without providing new terms to guide all of us forward. But confusion has a cost!

There is a call today for us as a church body and spiritual leaders to refocus our gaze on the gospel and the Great Commission!

WE WERE ASKED WHAT WE DO:
For more than three decades, David and Shonda Tompkins with PMI, by the grace of God, have trained world changers here and abroad to go into the world preaching God’s love and salvation. With prayer and worship as their priority, with the Spirit of God as their leader, David and Shonda are humbled to have led thousands to know Jesus Christ, taught discipleship and leadership in over 20 countries and witnessed God’s power in healing with miracles! They have helped the poor, fed the hungry, constructed homes for widows and supported multiple orphanages. Built schools and medical clinics in a handful of nations. Currently, they are building a 10/40 Missionary Training Institute, to train and send missionaries to complete the Great Commission to the unreached people of the 10/40 area of the world.

For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
Don’t think for a minute that any of us, in our own natural senses, can understand God, how He thinks or what He does in and around us at any time. We would like to think we do… but the only one who can understand the things of God is the Spirit of God! That’s why we desperately need the Holy Spirit communicating with our inner spirit at all times!

The wisdom that is revealed through the gospel (good news of Jesus) is divine/from God in its origin. This is what Paul was talking about here in the book of Romans. We shouldn’t expect anyone living in this time/age to understand it if they haven’t heard and believed it for themselves (spiritual conversions). This is why there is so much disagreement, persecution and ridicule, against the gospel, even all the way back to Jesus’s day! It is literally a mystery to those who do not see it or understand it. 🤔❓

Bible commentaries say that ‘the rulers of this age’ refers to demonic spirit beings working in our atmosphere and to their human agents in the earth. They did not understand that by crucifying/murdering Jesus Christ, the Holy Son of God, on the cross, the mystery being revealed was that He was the ultimate Lamb of God, being sacrificed for the sins of all mankind! That “whosoever would believe on Him”, would be forgiven of their own sins, and that by Gods grace, would receive eternal LIFE, everlasting… abundant in quantity, and superior in quality! The rulers and their demonic actions resulted in their own ultimate destruction!

IT’S VERY SIMPLE: to those who will choose to believe in Jesus-Yeshua from their hearts, you will receive a revelation to see, hear and understand spiritual things you never had thought of before!

1 John 5:4-5
For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith. [5] Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
God doesn't want you to be anxious or worried about what may or may not happen to you! Anxiety and worry are types of doubt when filtered by God's Word. And doubt is the opposite of believing and having faith. True faith believes the best, while fear thinks the worst. Fear literally undermines faith and corrupts our visions, our dreams, and even our declarations and professions.
Have faith today for your present and future by rising above what you see or don't see, what you feel or don't feel, and by believing what God says about you and His protection and provision for you! Your faith taps you into the spiritual realm where the Lord abides and brings you blessing from the spiritual into the natural!
