🎭 A Night at the Theater! 💚

Our Respect Is Just a Minimum (RIJAM) students had an amazing time at Shrek the Musical! Beyond the laughs and entertainment, our students learned valuable lessons about kindness, acceptance, courage, and embracing what makes us unique.

We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Kobe Restaurant which made the evening even more special.

Thank you to the cast, crew, supporters, and everyone who helped make this unforgettable experience possible. Experiences like these inspire our youth and highlight the power of the arts.

🎭 An Evening at the St. John Theater 🎭

The 40th JDC Respect Is Just a Minimum Youth Program is excited to attend Shrek The Musical at the St. John Theater for an unforgettable evening of dinner, fellowship, and the performing arts!

🍽️ Dinner: 5:00 PM
🎭 Showtime: 7:30 PM

This experience is about more than seeing a great show it’s an opportunity for our youth to build relationships, explore the arts, and create lasting memories together.

The 40th Judicial District Court – Respect Is Just a Minimum Youth Program is excited to visit THE Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge on Friday, July 24!

🚌 Departure Location: East St. John High School
⏰ Departure Time: 9:30 AM

Our youth will have the opportunity to:
🎓 Tour the campus
📚 Learn about academic programs and student life
💰 Explore admissions, scholarships, and financial aid
🤝 Connect with Southern University representatives
✨ Experience the rich tradition and excellence of an HBCU
