We would like to thank again the Detroit Lions
for providing the East Detroit Tigercats organization with the opportunity to play at Ford Field. Playing in front of a packed stadium going through the tunnel and interacting with NFL players up close and personal was an unbelievable experience and something our players and families will never forget!! Our boys did what they do best put on a show!! 🏈🐅

We are excited that the East Detroit Tigercats have been selected by the Detroit Lions to play at halftime of this week’s preseason game! We are grateful as an organization to be recognized and presented with opportunities to give our players and families memories they will never forget!
Come out to Ford Field and support our Varsity team as they have been working hard and getting ready before we kickoff the season next week!!

As we are getting into the 2026 season, we have an exciting announcement that the East Detroit Tigercats and the ESFL are now part of AYF!! This gives our players and coaches an opportunity to compete throughout the Midwest and Nationally!!
Excited and grateful to be apart of the AYF family and get to showcase our talent!! Thanks to all the former players and coaches who have laid the foundation for us to be able to get this experience.
