It takes a community to make a festival! 🍎

Our first weekend of the 55th Annual Georgia Apple Festival wouldn't have been possible without the incredible volunteers who stepped up to lend a helping hand!

From welcoming visitors to keeping things running smoothly, these individuals are a reminder of what makes Gilmer County such a special place.

To all of our Weekend 1 volunteers, THANK YOU for giving your time, energy, and enthusiasm to help make this beloved tradition possible. We're grateful to have you as part of our community!

Here's to brighter skies, renewed excitement, and an incredible Weekend 2! 🍂🍏

Celebrating growth in Gilmer County!

Overlook at Ellijay recently marked an exciting milestone with a ribbon cutting celebration! Here's a glimpse into the festivities.

It's always a pleasure to see our community continue to grow and welcome new opportunities for those who call Ellijay home. Congratulations to The Overlook at Ellijay!

The Overlook at Ellijay is a family community offering a variety of apartment and community amenities. The property is managed by Fairway Management, Inc. (FWM), a property management firm responsible for more than 12,000 affordable and conventional apartment homes.

With more than 30 years of growth and experience, FWM has expanded from managing just five properties to more than 250, with a focus on maintaining quality communities and providing residents with attentive, professional service.

Congratulations to The Overlook at Ellijay and everyone who helped make this milestone possible. We were happy to be there to celebrate alongside you!
