The Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce hosts the Annual Community Bear Paw Festival.

The Festival features the self-proclaimed best & longest parade in Alaska and great events such as Slippery Salmon Olympics, Classic Car Show, Human

Foosball Tournament, Teddy Bear Picnic, Bear Paw LIVE, Chopped Salmon Throw-down, Alaska Backyard Style Co****le Tournaments and, of course, the Golden Wheel Carnival and Vendor Court! In 2027, the Alaska State Flag celebrates its 100th anniversary, and Bear Paw Festival wants to honor this incredible milestone in a big way!
