November 14th - Another great event to support and a great way to be involved in your local community!

Join us on Saturday morning from 8 am - 11am on November 14th 2026 for a community-wide lakeshore cleanup event at Lake Shipp Park! Can’t make it? No problem—clean up your favorite or nearby lake in Winter Haven! This event is made possible with many thanks to our partners: Keep Winter Haven Clean & Beautiful, Keep Polk County Clean & Beautiful & Lakes Region Lakes Management District

Mark your calendars! Keep Polk County Beautiful's next Tire Collection Event will be in partnership with Polk County Government Florida's HHW & Electronic Collection event in Winter Haven on Saturday, December 5th!
Please note the new collection times - 9am to 1pm!
We are excited to partner with the City of Winter Haven, FL, Polk County Government Florida Solid Waste and our friends at Keep Winter Haven Clean & Beautiful, Inc.

We had a busy weekend at our tire collection this last weekend in Bartow!!! We appreciate all those that came out and took advantage of this program. We will be posting the date for our next event soon!!
Thank you City of Bartow, a Florida Municipality- Solid Waste, Polk County Government Florida, Polk County Sheriff's Office- Weekend Work Release and Scrap It for sponsoring and supporting this event!!!
Thank you to our County Commissioners who stopped by to show support and our AMAZING volunteers- it was a long, hot day filled with laughs and hard work!
Together we collected approx 3,000 tires in 4 hours from Polk County Residents for proper disposal!!
