While we understand that there is no such thing as the “perfect pet”, we KNOW there are perfect homes for every pet in need. PRAR promises to protect the animals in our organization and to help them grow and regain trust in the human race, which has failed them, by placing them in nurturing foster homes as they await their permanent furever homes. PRAR will be responsible for finding the best matches for their animals and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and the lifelong commitment that comes with bringing a PRAR animal into their homes and lives. In addition to rescuing animals, Phoenix Rising Animal Rescue is committed to increase public awareness of animal overpopulation via education on spay/neuter programs and the need to adopt..not shop. PRAR will also promote the importance of responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.
