🎉 RENT THE SHERWOOD PARK PAVILION!

We’re excited to announce that the Sherwood Youth Association now has a NEW online pavilion rental form!

Planning a birthday party, graduation party, baby shower, family reunion, or another special event? Our pavilion and kitchen area are available to rent!

RENTAL FEE: $200 for the ENTIRE DAY!

HOW IT WORKS:
Once your reservation is confirmed, an SYA representative will meet with you the morning of your event to provide the keys. You'll have the pavilion for the entire day, with cleanup and departure required by 10 PM.

💜 IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION!

We use Zeffy to process our online payments because it allows our nonprofit to collect payments without platform fees! However, at checkout, Zeffy automatically suggests an OPTIONAL contribution to support its platform. That extra contribution goes to Zeffy, NOT Sherwood Youth Association, and is completely optional!

🚨 YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THIS EXTRA FEE! 🚨
To pay only the $200 rental fee:
1. Look for "Help keep Zeffy free for Sherwood Youth Association."
2. Click the dropdown showing the suggested contribution.
3. Select "Other."
4. Enter $0.00 in the contribution box.
5. Your total will now be $200.00!

💙 Unfortunately, it’s that time of year again…

The Sherwood Youth Association Splash Pad is officially closed for the season. 😢

It always feels a little sad to shut it down after another summer filled with kids laughing, playing, and making memories at Sherwood Park.

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the splash pad with us this summer. We loved seeing so many families making the most of those hot, sunny days. ☀️💦

Until next summer… 🥹💙

❤️ A GIGANTIC THANK YOU TO OUR SHERWOOD YOUTH ASSOCIATION VOLUNTEERS! ❤️

Now that our three day Summer Festival has come to an end, we want to take a moment to recognize the people who made it all possible… our incredible SYA members and volunteers.

For three days straight, our volunteers showed up to set up, tear down, clean up, and then turn around and set it all back up again the next day. It takes an unbelievable amount of work behind the scenes to put on an event like this, and we are so grateful for every person who gave their time and energy.

Thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly in the kitchen and behind the grills, making sure our guests didn’t just eat… they ate WELL! And something we are especially proud of: all of the food served at our festival is prepared right here, on site, in our own kitchen. It is not delivered or catered. Our volunteers cook it, prepare it and serve it with a whole lot of love.

And thank you to the volunteers doing the jobs most people never see, the hauling, lifting, cleaning, organizing, running back and forth, and staying late after everyone else has gone home.

We are incredibly proud of what our little association can accomplish when everyone works together.
