We are a Rotary Club. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 12:00 Noon ET on Zoom. All are welcome to join us anytime! We are People of Action.

We are a service-driven club that is focused on our members. Our club is one of many in Rotary District 7750 in South Carolina, USA. Oct. 13 program, last minute change.
Our special guest was John Nanni, End Polio Now Coordinator- Rotary Zone 33/34. .John Nanni is a prominent polio survivor and a highly dedicated advocate for global polio eradication. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Middletown-Odessa-Townsend in Delaware (District 7630). He has long served as his local District PolioPlus Chair and is a member of Rotarys national Polio Eradication Advocacy Task Force in the United States.

Join us to hear a special presentation on POLIO eradication from PDG Nancy Barbee tomorrow at Noon on Zoom.

Join us to hear from Past District Governor Nancy Barbee, Zone 33/34 Polio Eradication Coordinator for NC/SC.
There was a script for women Nancy's age. Marry. Raise kids. Wait for grandchildren.
Wait for old age.
But she broke that mold:
- In her 40s, she went back to school. Completed her masters.
- First trip to India in her 50s, for polio work.
- 500+ professionals led there since.
- Town Commissioner in her 60s.
- Now in her 70s — wrote a memoir, built from a journal she almost lost. Started a
podcast about impact.
She didn't reject the life she had; she simply became more herself.
Nancy’s podcast, What's Your IQ (Impact Quotient?), explores what it
means to make a difference at any age.

On Oct. 3rd & dedicated a day of service to The Catawba Riversweep event near the Fort Mill Area. Once a year citizens around the Catawba-Wateree River Basin come together to clean up their shared waterways.
