We're proud to announce Chasing Rainbows OBX was recently awarded a grant from the Outer Banks Community Foundation outerbankscommunityfound

Because of their incredible partnership and through the generous donations of local businesses, (more info on that soon!) we are able to create 35 grief toolkits for recently bereaved mothers in the OBX community.

When our founder Erin Collins lost her son in 2019, nothing like this existed. She vowed not to let other mothers suffer alone. She recognized the gap in care for our community members and put in the work. Whether it's through charity events, free grief counseling sessions, meal trains, or just being a listening ear, we are reaching more people than ever before.

At OBX Chasing Rainbows, we support our community, one person at a time! If you or someone you know could benefit from free group grief counseling, please share this post with them! We meet every month at a local church, but religion is not required to attend.

Happy Friday, everyone! We're thrilled to announce we received a grant from the Outer Banks Community Foundation to continue our community work throughout the Outer Banks for grieving mothers and family. Thank you for your support and well wishes!
