What role can compassion play in the way we lead?
Dr. Lobsang Tenzin Negi recently joined members of the Aspen chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) for a fireside chat exploring ideas from his new book, Engaged Compassion: Seven Practices to Cultivate Resilience, Connection, and a Joyous Life.
Moderated by longtime Emory Compassion Center friend and supporter Lexie Potamkin, the conversation explored how compassion can help leaders strengthen their own capacities, cultivate healthier workplace cultures, and lead with greater awareness, resilience, and care.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring these conversations to leaders and organizations and continue exploring what engaged compassion can look like in our workplaces and communities.
