Today, we celebrate Juneteenth—a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality.

Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865, when news of emancipation finally reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. It is a powerful reminder of both how far we have come and the work that remains.

Today, we celebrate freedom, honor history, and look forward with hope.

Wings for Autism is coming back to Tampa International Airport on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and we could not be more excited.

If you have not seen it in action, this is the airport rehearsal program where families practice the whole air travel experience, checking in, going through TSA, and boarding a real Southwest Airlines plane, all without ever leaving the ground.
