PCWMB is not just a calendar of networking events or a directory of business owners.

It’s women choosing to show up for one another. Referring each other. Celebrating wins. Offering encouragement. Making introductions. Giving without always expecting something in return.

And here’s the thing: The strength of this community is the collective responsibility of every woman in it.

When you join, you’re not just signing up for what you can receive. You’re saying YES to being part of what we build together.

Because community isn’t something you buy.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Celeste is a proud mom and the owner of CelestegPerez. Through her Inner Journey work, she helps women navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Drawing from her training and personal experiences, she creates a welcoming space where women don’t need to have everything figured out.

Introducing the, “She Means Business”, award for the Polk County Women Mean Business community. Nominations for these awards will open up at the end of every quarter so we can spotlight a member doing big things and living out our PCWMB mission! 🤗❤️

Our Vice President, Luanna Baughman is our first recipient of this award. Not only because she reached the 3-year mark of her sobriety journey but because she lives and breathes PCWMB. She loves this community and does so much monthly, weekly, daily, HOURLY to keep this community great.
