• Mission Monday:
What is Domestic Violence Awareness
Month?
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, support survivors, and help break the cycle of abuse.
At Soroptimist, we believe every woman deserves to live a life free from violence, fear, and intimidation. By educating ourselves and supporting one another, we can help create safer communities for women and girls.
• Wear purple.
• Learn the signs.
• Support survivors.
& Need confidential support? The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 800-799-SAFE (7233) or thehotline.org.

Our club donated items and volunteered at the annual GOOD backpack giveaway.
We ended our summer break with a social at Lazy Dog where we also celebrated 3 of our members who recently retired.
