Although we are a horse-centered club, I took the opportunity to have a STEM activity for our August meeting. The kids made solar ovens out of pizza boxes and used them to make s’mores. Such a fun, easy, and yummy activity!

Congratulations to all of our 4-H kids at the State 4-H Show at the DE State Fair on Friday! Most of their classes were in English tack even though the pictures show them at the end of the day after various fun classes like Barrel racing and Costume!

Horse Bowl 2026 is in the books! Mane Course Juniors finished in 2nd place and the Mane Course Minis put up a good fight against some bigger teams. We had six competitors - a beginner team (Natalie and Maddie) and an intermediate team (Paloma, Lily, Avery and Molly). All members did a fantastic job🩷 We took a few big steps: first time competing for Avery and Maddie, and Molly moved into the intermediate group. So very proud of these girls and the work they put into not just the contest, but the weekly study sessions too.
