Did you know our ears can distinguish over 1,500 different musical tones? 🎵 According to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the human ear is sensitive enough to detect pitch variations as small as 1 Hz, allowing us to enjoy the rich complexity of music.

Once upon a time, Camila Castillo was one of the talented cellists in our Miami Youth Orchestra Beginner Orchestra. Today, she is a professional musician, and although she no longer plays the cello, she continues to visit and support our orchestra throughout the year.

From your Miami Youth Orchestra family—your home—we send you a huge hug, Camila! We hope you have an amazing rest of the summer. Thank you for being such a special part of our Beginner Orchestra. We are so proud of you, and you will always be part of our family. ❤️🎻

✨🎭 What wonderful memories from Tribute to Broadway 2! 🎶✨

Looking back at this incredible experience fills our hearts with joy. We had an amazing team of teachers, talented students, and a wonderful choir that made this production truly unforgettable. ❤️🎤🎻

And the magic continues! We already presented Tribute to Broadway 3, featuring the energetic song “Revolting Children” from the musical Matilda — a performance full of excitement, creativity, and talent! 🌟

But we are just getting started! 🎶✨ Our upcoming events will bring even more incredible experiences:

❄️🎄 Nutcracker in Winterland — a magical journey combining the beauty of The Nutcracker with the wonder of a winter celebration.

🎸🎻 Battle of Symphonic Rock Bands — where the power of rock meets the beauty of a symphonic orchestra!

🎮🎼 Video Game Concerto — bringing your favorite video game music to life with a full musical experience!
