All perspective occupants must fill out an application and go through an interview process with a board member before entering the home. We've had families with children of all ages. Very sorry I haven't update all our fabulous supporters recently on things! We got a little busy at Dixon PADS. Lots of fun additions happening. Our women's location is sooooo close to opening its warming/cooling shelter. We are looking for donations to buy the beds and stock up the food we need to complete this project. Shout out toDixon, Illinois Police Department for their donation of a mini fridge!
Shout out to United Way of Lee County, Dixon, IL for all their help with freshening up the mens shelter this weekend. It looks great!❤️

It has been brought to our attention that the Sterling location will be closing Sept. 1st. First and foremost we ask for prayers for our community to help figure out this very overwhelming time.
We are also in need of sheets,towels(kitchen&bathroom), non perishable food donations, diapers size 4 and 5, cleaning supplies for two resident who found housing. Financial assistance through this situation is also important.

Come out and support our local PADS shelter and get some delicious food at our cookout on may 30th!! From 11am-2pm you can get ribeye, pork chop, hotdog, or brat and you can make it a meal!! We will be located in the parking lot of county market! Come say hi and have some delicious food!!
