What a great night at Northern! Our Marching band kicked off the football season by performing our 2026 show, “Reflections,” for everyone in the stands. We were also so proud to have Kyla sing the National Anthem! 🇺🇸

And of course, the music doesn’t stop when the show is over! Our students brought the energy to the stands, playing stand tunes for the game 🎺🥁💜

It’s time for all things Fall, including Mums! Music Boosters is selling mums from Stauffers of Kissel hill in a variety of colors!💜💛

A portion of every sale goes directly to the Music Boosters to help support ALL music programs throughout the district—and there’s an added bonus! Students earn credit toward their individual accounts for every mum they sell. 🙌

So when you purchase a mum, you’re not only supporting music in our schools, you’re also supporting your favorite Northern music student! Orders are to be placed through a student or parent of the program, for them to turn into Boosters 🎺🥁🎶

Introducing Northern’s 2026 Marching Band!
You can see the band perform their show at Northern Varsity Football games, and at their competitions later this season! The Band will also be in the Farmers Fair Spectacular Parade on October 17th, and travel to away varsity games as a pep band! Good luck to the group this season!

The Northern Marching Band is ready for the first varsity home football game next week! Join us Friday, August 28th, at Bostic Field as Northern takes on Spring Grove.

Our band will perform their 2026 show, “Reflections,” and keep the crowd going with tunes throughout the game. 🎺🥁

Maybe mums and football tickets aren’t your thing—but you can still help support Northern Music Boosters!

Our snack shack is a HUGE source of fundraising for all of our music programs, and keeping it stocked throughout the season takes both time and money. You can help us offset those costs by donating pre-packaged items that we can sell at home football games.

Take a look at our donation wish list and consider grabbing an extra item or two the next time you’re shopping. 🛒

Have a little more time? We’d also love some homemade baked goodies to sell at the snack shack! 🧁🍪

Every donation, big or small, helps us raise funds that go right back to supporting music students throughout Northern School District. ❤️🎶
