🐻‍❄️💜 A BIG shout of appreciation to our Polar Bear Elite Sponsor of the Week — JPI Insurance Associates! 💜🐻‍❄️

Our Northern Music Boosters sponsors help us support ALL music throughout our district, from our elementary students all the way through high school! 🎶”

Thanks to the generous support of sponsors like JPI Insurance Associates, we’re able to help cover costs for opportunities such as the pit orchestra for our high school musicals and continue introducing new opportunities for our students to learn, perform, and grow through music.

We are incredibly grateful to JPI Insurance Associates and all of our Northern Music Boosters sponsors for supporting us during the 2026–2027 school year. Your generosity makes a difference for music students across our entire district! 🐻‍❄️💜

🎶 Our Northern Choral Department has been busy! 🎶

In earlier October, select members of Northern High School’s choral program attended Messiah University’s annual Chorister’s Day! Students worked with renowned conductor Dr. Paul Rardin, learned new music, participated in workshops, and sang alongside Messiah University’s Concert Choir and hundreds of high school vocalists from across the region.

The day ended with a special concert showcasing their hard work and talent. What a wonderful opportunity to grow as musicians and create lasting memories! 🎵💜

ANOTHER GREAT PERFORMANCE FOR NORTHERN! 💜

Our Northern Marching Band took the field last night in competition at West Shore Stadium and delivered an outstanding performance! 🎶

Northern earned 2nd place in their group with a score of 85.4, improving by an impressive 4 points since their last competition two weeks ago! 👏

What a fantastic performance for regionals! The hard work, dedication, and continued growth of these students are shining through, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far they’ve come this season.

But we’re not done yet! 💜 Northern will keep pushing, refining, and working together as we prepare for our final two performances of the season — STATES and NATIONALS!

Keep reflecting, Northern! 🐻‍❄️💜🎶

💜 A BIG THANK YOU to the Polar Bear Foundation! 💜

Northern Music Boosters would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the Polar Bear Foundation for covering the cost of a new sound cart for our Northern Marching Band and Indoor Percussion programs!

🎶 A sound cart is an essential piece of equipment for both marching band and indoor percussion, allowing students to operate speakers and audio equipment for a show. It helps bring recorded music, sound effects, and other audio elements to life, adding depth and impact to the band’s performance. It’s especially important for shows that combine live musicians with electronic sound!

This new equipment will support our students both on the football field and throughout the indoor percussion season. We are so grateful to the Polar Bear Foundation for investing in our students and helping Northern Music continue to grow and shine! 🐻‍❄️💜

Thank you for supporting Northern Music!

🐻‍❄️💜 Friday Night Lights & a New Look! 💜🐻‍❄️

What a great Friday night at Bostic Field! Congratulations to our Northern football team on their win over Hershey! 🏈

Our Northern Marching Band brought the energy throughout the game with their stand tunes and then took the field after the final whistle for a post-game performance. The night was extra special as the band premiered their new competition uniforms for the season! ✨

We can’t wait to see our Polar Bears take these new uniforms on the competition field as they continue their season this coming Saturday at West Shore stadium!

Way to go, Polar Bears! 🐻‍❄️💜
