We are inviting individuals to become a part of our creative crew!

From helping to have the Cultural Art Center open, inspiring the community to create, create live art, or more! We also could use some train conductors, anyone who wants to learn to run and oversee the Dillsburg historic train set up in the Cultural Art Center.

The Hymn sing is this Sunday! Check out all the details below.

This event is at the Historic Monaghan Church, starting at 2 PM.

NYCHAPS and the Dillsburg Arts Council continue to partner in offering the March Hymn Sing happening on Sunday, March 16th, beginning at 2pm at the Historic Monaghan Church (15 E Church St, Dillsburg).

This free event is open to all ages. Singing will be led by Clair Zeiders and the program will be in 2 parts. The larger portion of the hymn sing will be "Well Known Hymns That We Don't Know", meaning, the melody of the hymns is either an old "well known hymn" tune or is completely anonymous. The other portion of the program will be hymns where the melody is taken from the works of well known classical composers, perhaps with a slight alteration by an arranger.

It will be a fun and informative afternoon. And you may just be surprised at what you learn about some of the old-time hymns.
