What a great night for National Night Out. Thank you to all who came by the Pack 127 booth to stamp their initials on a keychain and a special shoutout to East Berlin Area Community Center for all they did.

The pack had a perfect weekend for our spring camp staying at Kings Gap State Park. We made it to the Army Heritage Educational Center which is always fantastic to see the tanks, helicopters and exhibits. We even met and talked with some revolutionary war reenactors which was a nice treat. Good food, games and fellowship all around. We finished our day on Saturday with ~16K steps and a scenic view overlook close to sunset….just perfect!

One of scoutings core values is service in community and church. Tonight, our Cub Scouts spent and hour helping at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish cleaning up the rosary garden and cemetery. They did a fantastic job picking up 6 or 7 bags of leaves and corn stalks to make a difference and all with a smile. Great Job Gentlemen!

Pack 127 AOL scouts at Camp Tuckahoe for Klondike 2026. We had a blast.

So proud of our Pack 127 AOL Scouts. They attended Klondike 2026 with Troop 127 of Abbottstown this weekend. Though the cold, mud and tent camping were challenging the boys excelled at stations like knot / lash tying to build a catapult, fire building to melt a snowman heart, and a sled race to name a few. The boys competed against older troop scouts and even have bragging rights beating troop 127 in the snowball toss a time or two.

A scout is reverent so the boys finished the evening by attended a religious service followed by a campfire / award ceremony which didn’t disappoint. Congrats to all our pack 127 Scouts who finished in 1st for AOL patrols.

Scout Sunday is a meaningful time to celebrate the values of Scouting—service, leadership, and faith. We’re grateful to all Scouts and leaders who give their time to serve others and live out these ideals every day. Thank you to our church family for supporting Scouting and helping shape the next generation of leaders. ⚜️🙏

Following our Saturday evening “Scout Sunday” service the pack and Troop 127 of Abbottstown celebrated a potluck meal with friends and family. We then finished with a pack meeting and troop court of honor. I couldn’t be prouder of all these young men as they grow and become our next generation of leaders.
