Why Bother? An Honest Conversation about Voting, Politics, and Participation

Why do some people vote every election while others sit it out? What gets in the way? Does one vote really matter? And what would make civic participation feel more meaningful?

The Southwest Dallas County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated invites you to WHY BOTHER? — An Honest Conversation About Voting, Politics & Participation.

This isn’t a lecture or a political pitch. It’s an opportunity to have a candid, nonpartisan conversation, share your perspective, hear from others, and talk about the real reasons people do—or don’t—participate.

No lectures. No judgment. Just real talk.
