OneDenmark is looking for a Part-Time Community Center Maintenance Technician to help care for and support our new Denmark Community First Credit Union Community Center as we prepare for its opening in fall 2026.

This role is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors. From day-to-day maintenance to supporting community events, this position plays a behind-the-scenes but deeply impactful role in helping our community connect, belong, and thrive.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to:
✔ Take pride in maintaining a brand-new community facility
✔ Use hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
✔ Support community programs, rentals, and events
✔ Be part of building something meaningful from the ground up

We’re looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work, with experience in building or facility maintenance and a heart for community spaces.

📍 Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
💲 $24–$30/hour, based on experience
📅 Anticipated start date: July 15, 2026

As we prepare to open our new Community Center in 2026, this role will be at the heart of it all, helping create a place where people of all ages can connect, belong, and thrive.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to:
✔ Shape programs and events that serve our whole community
✔ Help lead a brand-new, multi-use facility (including a fitness center!)
✔ Work with local leaders, tenants, and neighbors
✔ Build something meaningful from the ground up

We’re looking for someone who is organized, relational, and excited about community-building, someone who can lead operations while keeping people at the center of everything.

📍 Full-time position

Big things are happening in Denmark — and we’re excited to share the progress with you!

Construction is well underway on the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗙𝗖𝗨) 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆, and thanks to the support of our donors, this vision is quickly becoming a reality. From the foundation to the framing, momentum is building every day!

Earlier today, OneDenmark board members, Deb Kralovetz and Heather Nohr-Valley, attended the Green Bay Packers Foundation Grant Award luncheon, where we proudly accepted a grant to help fund equipment for our fitness center.

Soooo, the governor of Wisconsin and other officials come to visit your groundbreaking. You've spent years planning for that one moment. You wake up the next morning and ask, "Now what?"

We'll begin to see a lot of hustle and bustle around the Community Center over the next few months. Behind the scenes, we'll continue raising funds to complete our $2 million portion of the renovations. These numbers can sound big, but we'll reach our goal by working together, and we're definitely headed in the right direction!
