Bike Night may be over, but the excitement continues!

We recently had the pleasure of connecting with our raffle winners and delivering this year’s prizes.

A special thank you to Melissa Derenches and Bethlehem Lutheran Church for generously donating several raffle items, including a children’s bicycle that is now bringing smiles to a local family.

We’re also excited to share that our grand prize winner has received a $500 gift card to Mad Dog Bicycles, courtesy of Grace Roofing Inc !

Events like Bike Night are about more than just one evening of fun - they highlight the generosity, community spirit, and local partnerships that make Bethlehem such a special place to live, work, and play!

Thank you to our incredible sponsors, prize donors, volunteers, attendees, and Mars Fotographi for helping create another memorable event. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Stacked Grill’s ribbon cutting!

Located in the Four Corners in Delmar, Stacked Grill has been serving up smashburgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, tenders, hot dogs, grilled cheese, salads, and more since opening in May. Owners Chris Stewart and Mike Blendell are both Bethlehem High School grads who grew up right here in town... exactly the kind of homegrown business story we love to celebrate!

We were joined at yesterday’s ribbon cutting by State Senator Patricia Fahy, Assemblyman Scott Bendett, Bethlehem Town Supervisor David VanLuven, Town Board member David DeCancio, a number of Bethlehem Chamber board members, and fellow local business owners. Several members of the Stacked Grill staff’s own families were there too, celebrating alongside them.

Congrats, Chris and Mike — we’re excited to see you thrive!

Here’s how to win big at Bike Night tonight!

Pick up a FREE passport at either Chamber table (American Legion or Hudson/Adams). Visit 6 vendor tables along the trail to collect a stamp at each — follow the orange cones to travel between our two event ends. Once your passport is complete, bring it back to either Chamber table for a raffle entry.

Grand Prize: $500 Gift Card to Mad Dog Bicycle - courtesy of Grace Roofing

Plus additional prizes ranging from local gift cards to bikes! Bikes courtesy of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Want better odds? Purchase additional raffle tickets at either Chamber table — $5 each, cash or card. A portion of proceeds benefits the Bethlehem Chamber Foundation, supporting workforce development in our community.

You don’t need to be present to win — winners will be announced and contacted by the Bethlehem Chamber next week.

See you on the trail tonight from 5–7 PM!
