🚨HELENA & 3 PUPPIES SCHEDULED FOR EUTHANASIA 10/15 AT 1PM!🚨
Helena & 3 puppies need a rescue hold by 1PM CDT 10/15 or they’ll be euthanized. NO extensions! They need a local shelter foster or local rescue foster and pledges for a rescue to save their lives. Rescue or shelter foster only!
đź’” Helena is only 5 years old, and her three tiny puppies are just 6 weeks old. This little family should be getting the chance to grow, play, & experience life, but instead, all four are facing euthanasia at BARC.
Helena is heartworm high positive & needs treatment. One of the puppies has hair thinning on the tail, raising concern for possible ringworm. Helena may also have been exposed, so additional testing and potentially treatment are recommended. Their medical needs make finding committed rescue placement even more urgent, but they deserve the chance to receive care & recover in a safe environment.
Helena cannot do this alone. Her babies need protection, too. They need a committed rescue with a local shelter foster or rescue foster who can give this family the care, patience, & safe place they need. This is rescue or shelter foster only, not a direct adoption plea. Pledges can help encourage a rescue to step up.
