Marathon Runner spotlight: Deb Slipetz
Deb is running this year’s race to support our 24 yo son, Gabriel, born with propionic acidemia, by helping PAF fund research and better treatments for PA.

Tyler is very excited to run his first NYC Marathon in honor of our beautiful Jordan, 2.5 yo. Tyler has known Jordan’s mom, Jennifer Simmons, for many years and couldn’t find a better way to help Jordan than supporting PAF with this run.

Three weeks to go for the big day on .
Our first runner profile for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon is Erin Lowrey.
Erin is a PA mom of beautiful Nash, who just turned 3. Nash's short life has already been filled with tremendous challenges.
Erin is fundraising this year for PAF to support its mission to find better treatments and a cure for her son and all those affected with Propionic Acidemia.
She has already raised more than $8,000!!!
