Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the John Crane HR Team into Beth-Haran House for an Employee Give Back Serve Day! 🙌

And let us tell you… they came ready to SERVE! 💪

These incredible individuals gave of their TIME, TALENT, and TREASURE to make a difference in the lives of the young women we serve!

💕 They prepared welcome essentials to ensure every young lady who walks through our doors feels loved, valued, and cared for from DAY ONE!

📦 They counted inventory, organized our resource closet, and even updated our database with accurate numbers! (Can we get an AMEN for organization?! 🙌)

But here’s what made the day extra special…

It wasn’t just about the work accomplished. It was about the CONNECTIONS made! ❤️

We loved hearing their stories, learning more about the people behind the company, sharing our mission, and simply spending time together.

✨ STORY TIME TUESDAY ✨

Sometimes the most powerful moments at Beth-Haran House aren’t found on a checklist, in a class, or around a conference table.

Sometimes they happen when we simply make room for Jesus. 🤍

This past Sunday, our ladies gathered for a special Worship & Prayer Night, led by our incredible Board President, Misty Bacon Renner, and one of our treasured volunteers, Sharon Carbone.

And what a beautiful night it was. 🙌

Our residents were given a safe space to worship, pray, engage, and be vulnerable—to lay down some of the things they’ve been carrying and allow others to stand beside them in prayer.

At Jane Around The World, we believe sustainable independence is about more than employment, education, housing, and life skills. We care about the whole woman—mind, body, and spirit.

We are so thankful for leaders and volunteers who don’t just give their time, but give their hearts. ❤️

Sunday night was a reminder that sometimes ministry looks like sitting beside someone, praying with her, worshiping together, and reminding her:

You are seen. You are loved. You are not walking this journey alone.
