An attempt of finding any High School age student that would like to participate in the Post Level Oratorical Speech Contest.

Cortez-Norris Post 319 Youth Programs for the start of the new School year and the Summer of 2027.

• The Patrick Henry Oratory (Constitutional
Speech Contest) December 2026 Post Contest, January 2027 District & Division Contest, Department Contest - TBA, National Contest TBA

• Texas Boys State (June 2027)
• Texas Girls State (June 2027)

The Post is seeking up to five (5) students to participate in the Oratorical Contest. Open to all students in 9th through 12th Grade. (Deer Park HS, La Porte HS, Home School, Private School).
Assigned Topic (3-5 minutes in length). General Constitutional Topic (8-10 minutes in length).
