I’m Summer, and I came into La Porte Shelter as “Donna Summers,” a little one year old terrier mix. who didn’t know what was happening or if anyone would ever be kind to me again. But once I felt safe, my whole heart opened up. Now I jump, I play, and I greet the day like it’s made just for me. I have a big zest for life, and I’m ready to share it with someone who will love me forever.
