Help Meow-ta Here seeks to reduce the number of feral cats in the Decatur, AL area through a program of trap, neuter, and return (TNR).

Please help us to help Mango 🙏 Mango is a shy community kitty in Russellville, he has a wonderful caretaker who feed him and keep eyes on him. Yesterday, his caretaker noticed he was badly injured, she worried about him so much and she posted about him on social media. One of our supporter noticed his post and contacted us to ask for help ! They coordinated together and trapped him, brought him back to Decatur so Mango is with us now.

We need help to neuter him and recover from his injuries. We also need your help for other community kitties like him. Living as community cat could be tough if they are not fixed 😭. We need to fix the community cats as much as possible so there won’t be other kittens like Mango. We have an account at North Alabama Spay and Neuter Clinic and you can directly send the support ! Please help us to help kitties 🐱 Community kitties are surviving, let’s help them together ♥️

TNR @ Hartselle Cat Colony Last Night 🐈 We have been working on this big cat colony over two years now, many cats were already spayed/neutered but there are still couple more cats who needs to be fixed ! We dropped trap and we caught two cats 🙂 We took them to spay neuter clinic today and they are both fixed ! No more kittens from them ♥️ Special thanks to Tori Parker Bigoney for transporting the cats back to Decatur 😻! It was a huge help and saved us more than an hour ‼️ It’s so nice to know people care about cats and we are not alone to do TNR. We will keep working on this colony until everyone is fixed !!

🎉Our Stella (nickname Mother) was adopted 😻‼️She was born at RV park in Athens, she had two fluffy babies but she lost both of them by dog attacks at RV park🥺 then she became pregnant again💦 Her caretaker asked for help when she was very pregnant, we took her in and she had gorgeous five kittens 💕She raised all of them and even the kittens who lost their mom. She is the best mom we ever had. We met the sweetest couple who lost their beloved kitty and they are now Stella’s family🌸 We love you Stella and we miss you even though we know you won’t miss us with your luxurious new life with a lot of wet food😆Congratulations Stella 😻 The best mama cat ever !

Mouse 🐭 from Priceville cat colony was adopted today 🎉 She was caught as a part of TNR, she was supposed to be returned to the cat colony but since she started to show interest in human, we decided to keep her and socialize her. She is still shy but she found a family who understands her situation and offer to be her family ♥️ We are very excited for our precious Mouse 🐁💖 We will miss her !!

Tora 🐯 & Mouse 🐭 are waiting @ Petco Decatur 💖 Tora’s kitty mom left her at someone’s garage right after she was born with her siblings, only two kittens made it and Tora is one of them. Mouse is from Priceville cat colony where there are about 15 cats living under the trailer. They are both very pretty and sweet, if you are interested, please let us know 😍

Thank you so much for all the donations 🐈♥️ We have collected a lot of food and we are covered for the next two weeks ‼️ We are so grateful to have your support and our rescue cats eat better than fosters 🙂 We can’t be happier 💕

🐈 Our rescue cats need food ! 🐈 Yes, we feed A LOT of cats every day ♥️ Even though we receive food from our generous supporters, we run out of food so quickly because we have so many cat and we go through big cat dry food bag every 2 days 💦 Why do we have so many cats? Because they needed to be rescued otherwise they wouldn’t have survived 🥺.

Most of our rescue cats came from the street being hungry, so we make sure they eat well 💖 We are currently out of dry food. Any brand cat food is welcome 🙂 If you can donate cat food, please drop them off at Decatur Petco !! Or ship them by Amazon 🐱

Beautiful diluted calico, Wonder ✨, is available for adoption 😻. She was a rescue from super 8 motel in Priceville back in December 2023. We rescued a family of four cats, mom, dad and two boy babies. We were about to leave the hotel and Wonder suddenly showed up from nowhere, she was coming towards us to ask for food 🙂 so we had to rescue her too !

People were feeding her so she was healthy when we rescued, she is a very calm and gentle girl ♥️ If you are interested in Wonder, please contact us !

Are you interested in kittens 🐱!? We are currently closed for intake due to exceeding our maximum capacity, but there are so many people asking us to find kittens home 🏠.
