It's time to get excited for Stir It Up Saturdays!

Stir It Up Saturday is a hands-on cooking adventure where 4-H youth learn to chop, mix, stir, and sizzle their way to kitchen confidence! Participants will learn about cooking skills, nutrition, kitchen safety, teamwork, and make some tasty treats.

This year's theme is Brunch, Bites, and Beyond.

The Stir It Up Saturdays series will be held over four Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am: January 23, February 13, March 13, and April 17.

To sign up, simply add the Stir it up Saturdays club to your enrollment in ZSuite. You must be in active status to sign up, so remember to re-enroll first!

Calling all educators!

Registration for this year's 4-H Embryology School Enrichment Project is open! This four-week program is geared towards youth in grades 2nd-5th and provides hands-on and engaging lessons in the growth and development in chick embryos. Classrooms spend the first three weeks managing and learning about their incubating eggs, and welcome their hatched chicks in the fourth and final week! 🐣

Don't forget to check out one of our newest clubs, the 4-H Environmental Science Club! 🍀

Youth ages 8-18 are invited to join us as we explore the natural world around us, engage in hands-on and outdoor activities, and learn about careers in the field of environmental science!

Meetings will begin in November and will take place the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the Environmental Center in Smedley Park.

Registration for the Pennsylvania 4-H State Leadership Conference (SLC) is now open! 🍀

SLC is for 4-H'ers ages 13-18 who want to reach their top leadership potential! This annual conference is a favorite of many Pennsylvania 4-H members. Attending workshops, networking with other 4-H youth, and being inspired by keynote speakers encourages our 4-H teens to step into larger leadership roles in their clubs, community, and state!

The event will be held February 5-7, 2027 at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College. Families with interested youth are encouraged to register online via their household ZSuite account.

Registration for two of our newest 4-H clubs is now open! 🤩

Youth ages 8-18 are invited to join us monthly from November through June as we learn about the natural world around us in our 4-H Environmental Science Club Members will engage in hands-on activities centered around plants, wildlife, conservation, and more! 🌳🐦♻️

Do you have a soft spot for rabbits? Then join our new 4-H Rabbit Club on the first Monday of each month at 6pm! Youth ages 8-18 will learn about rabbit care and health, housing needs, best husbandry practices, and more. No prior experience with rabbits or personal pets required! Only an enthusiasm for these fuzzy critters is needed. 💚🐰💚
