💜 Great conversations, fresh ideas, and women supporting women!

Our Women’s Connections Committee came together last week to reflect on recent events, share ideas for future programming, and discuss new ways to keep women across Delaware County connected and engaged.

A special thank you to Lexhi Dahlin of The Franklin Company for being our Member Spotlight! It was wonderful having the opportunity to hear more about her professional journey, learn about The Franklin Company, and get to know the person behind the business. These spotlights are a great reminder of how much we can learn from one another and the value of sharing our experiences and perspectives.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to bring new ideas and energy to this growing group!

Our next meeting is December 3rd! We’d love to see you there.

With beautiful vineyard views and a relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect opportunity to step outside your usual circle and meet some new faces.

A huge thank you to Penns Woods Winery for hosting us, Victor from Mission BBQ for providing the delicious food, and Hope for Hallie for sharing their mission and the important work they’re doing to raise awareness about mental health.

Leading by example. Giving back with purpose. Making a lasting difference.

Congratulations to Mike Morgan, our 2026 Citizen of the Year!

Following a successful career in technology, Mike has continued sharing his leadership, experience, and time with organizations and individuals throughout our community.

Today, he serves on seven nonprofit boards, including two as Board Chair, and has spent more than a decade mentoring and supporting future leaders through Leadership Delaware County and the Youth Leadership Academy.

When asked what drives him, Mike shared: "My passions are leadership, mentorship, community, and service. I love people. I go above and beyond in the service of others."

And that's exactly what makes Mike so deserving of this recognition. His commitment to helping others isn't just something he does. It's who he is.

We're so proud to celebrate Mike and the countless ways he continues to give back!
