Urgent: Supporting One of Our Own – Kim Allen
Friends, we’ve received some devastating news regarding a pillar of our Florida outdoor community. Kim Allen, who many of you know from her 40-year career leading Hunting and Game Management (HGM) for the FWC, recently lost her home in a fire.
Tragically, the fire also took the lives of her husband, Nicholas, and their beloved pets. Kim has lost everything. After a lifetime spent looking out for our state’s lands and wildlife, it’s our turn to look out for her.

BCAHCC had a great team together this weekend for the Youth Hunting Program of Florida at the Istokpoga Flood plans.
All 5 teens had an opportunity and 4 of the 5 youth harvested game. They did some fishing and enjoyed the skills training course we setup.
Weather was amazing.
Big thank you to the parents for making the drive and putting in the time with the youth and our guides.
Big thank you to our team at the BCAHCC they definitely made it happen!
