🎺 Throwback Thursday 🎶

Lucky Chops. From busking in the New York City subways to the stage in Danville.

They brought the high-energy brassy funk to the 2024 Great American Brass Band Festival — and if you’ve seen their videos, you know exactly how loud that crowd got.

🎺 From New Orleans to Danville to Paris! 🎶

This morning, The Soul Rebels opened the NFL Paris Game with the U.S. national anthem at Stade de France, before Saints vs. Steelers.

Sound familiar? They were OUR headliners at the Great American Brass Band Festival — in 2023 at Centre College, and they first rocked Danville back in 2011.

From the Centre College lawn to the world stage. We knew them when! 🎺
