EVERY MONDAY 💚

Twelve-step programs extend beyond substance abuse, with over 200 programs employing the 12-step model. We are all on a journey of discovery and recovery, and there is no expectation to verbally identify with a specific program within our group.

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) takes place every Monday at 6:30pm at the Salted Grove Healing Center. This program is open to anyone dealing with addictive behaviors or affected by the addictive behaviors of others. We facilitate a 45-minute discussion for those who wish to participate, followed by 45 minutes of yoga.

This program operates on a donation basis, maintains a judgment-free environment, and welcomes individuals at all stages of yoga and recovery.

This event brings our community together to celebrate recovery, raise awareness and remind others that prevention works, treatment is effective and recovery is possible.

We still need volunteers! Every extra set of hands helps us create a fun, safe and meaningful day for our community.

🛶 KAYAKING UPDATE FOR TOMORROW! ☀️🌊

Slight change of plans for tomorrow’s kayaking trip! Due to an algae bloom at our original location, we’ll now be heading to Quaker Lake in Allegany State Park – Quaker Area, near Salamanca.

We’ll still have plenty of time to kayak, paddleboard and swim at the beach! 🏄‍♀️🏊‍♀️🛶

🚐 Our transportation spots are full, but anyone who would like to meet us at Quaker Lake is welcome to join us there!
