It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Brian Morehouse, known to many as “BMo.”

Brian was a beloved coach and an important part of the Danbury baseball community. He spent countless hours at the ballfields coaching, mentoring and supporting kids, and he made an impact on so many families along the way.

His passing happened far too quickly, and we wanted to make sure our DYB family knew.

Our thoughts are with Brian’s wife, Genene, his sons Daniel and Matthew, his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Brian will be deeply missed.

What a day! The First Annual DYB Coaches Softball Game was a huge success!

A great time was had by all, with plenty of laughs, some questionable athletic decisions, and just enough competitiveness to make sure there’s already talk of a rematch.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our coaches, who helped make today possible. Events like this are what make Danbury Youth Baseball such a special community.

Thank you, DYB family!
