The Saunders Cemetery Association Board recently met and decided it is important to give individuals that have family buried in the cemetery a way to formally express a concern to the board. A Google form has been created to help with this process. The link provided below allows individuals to complete the form explaining their concern. After the board receives the concern a member of the volunteer leadership team will follow up to help solve the concern. The goal of the volunteer board is to work with all families to make Saunders Cemetery a great place to honor your loved ones. Click on the link below to complete form.

This form is designed to give individuals that have family members buried in Saunders Cemetery a way to formally express a concern to the board of directors. Once, the concern is received it will be reviewed and a member of the leadership team will follow up in a timely manner.

Due to repeated damage and possible vandalism, the middle drive has been closed until further notice. The monuments near those turns have been hit and damaged multiple times. We are hoping this will eliminate the chance of further issues. Thanks for your understanding.

Saunders Cemetery clean-up day was a success. We would like to thank Virginia Rievley, Robin Gabriel and her grand-daughter, Jerry Moore, Rudy Ballard, Scott Peters and his wife Yvonne, Kyle Hall, Virgil Hall, and Tim Peters and his wife.
We are continuing to work to improve the cemetery and keep it clean. Thank you to all the families that work to keep their loved one's resting place clean and respectable.

Appreciate all the responses from families on the newly created page. The new leadership team wanted to create a way for those concerns to be heard and addressed. We encourage any family that has concerns to attend the clean-up day or send a direct message to this account. The board's mission is to keep the cemetery in good shape and allow family members to honor their loved ones. The leadership team did discuss allowing ground decorations around Memorial Day. We checked with multiple other cemeteries as well. We are happy to allow ground decorations 1 week prior to holiday. We do ask that decorations are cleaned up within a week or two after holiday. Ground decorations during non-mowing times. Nov-Feb are ok. We ask that family members to check the headstones monthly if possible. Thank you for sharing your concerns.
