In 2026, we formally introduced a Recognition of Service Award to acknowledge the significant dedication of a member of our Executive Committee leading ITE Canada District. Ryan Vanderputten joined the Executive in 2017 as Secretary-Treasurer at the start of a transformational period. He helped oversee the modernization of many of our practices such as our finance systems and, throughout his term that ended in 2025, injected his governance and policy expertise to all areas of the organization. Ryan's calm, collaborative, and thoughtful approach, as well as his executive management expertise, brought a unique and valuable perspective to the ITE Canada leadership, particularly during his tenure as President in 2022-2023.

Thank you, Ryan, for your dedicated service and transformational leadership.
