This month, we’re excited to celebrate: Jacqueline & Chris
🌟 Their Impact 🌟
Jacqueline: Jacqueline is the definition of a team player! She is an incredible problem solver who approaches even the most challenging situations with a positive attitude and a huge heart for supporting our clients and staff. Managing a schedule for over 40 staff each week is no easy task, but she consistently works hard to ensure our clients’ needs come first while making sure our team feels supported and encouraged. Beyond all she does behind the scenes, Jacqueline brings so much fun, silliness, and positivity to the office, making it a place where people enjoy coming to work. Her dedication, encouragement, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her such a valuable part of our team!
Chris: Chris’s upbeat and positive attitude has been wonderful to see and her willingness to work with our residents has been so much fun to watch! She has truly embraced her role and makes learning enjoyable for our clients. From developing valuable employment skills to practicing the essential soft skills needed in the workplace, Chris creates meaningful opportunities for our residents to learn, grow, and build confidence. We’re so grateful to see the positive impact she’s making!
