Always something to do downtown!

Alina's story begins on February 24, 2022, when she was awakened by the sound of bombs exploding in her city. Alina will take listeners through her journey through the first days of the war- seeking shelter from the nighttime attacks in a neighbor's cellar, fleeing to the Carpathian Mountains for temporary refuge, and returning to their city where the war was still raging.

Alina's talk will be accompanied by a digital photo presentation that will introduce you to her family, her home, the on-going war, and the stages of her journey that would bring her to Crookston. Alina is currently a senior at UMC majoring in software engineering.

Please join us for the opportunity to meet Alina, hear her moving story, and view the war through the eyes of someone who has actually lived it.

Light refreshments will be served.

Fire Prevention Week is Oct 4-10, and Andy Oman State Farm is proud to donate Fire Prevention Week tool kits to the Crookston Fire Department.

These kits include a banner, posters, kids’ activity booklets, stickers, pencils, and helpful tip sheets to share important fire safety information.

Thank you to the Crookston Fire Department for all you do – our community is stronger because of you. ❤️🚒

No lack of work around here; just look at September’s stack!

Each envelope often holds multiple tasks or jobs. Working in a trade where the smallest details matter and precision is essential makes for some truly fulfilling days.

We’re grateful for the projects you bring us and the trust you place in us here at The Jeweler. Excited for what’s to come! ✨💎✨

Shine on Crookston!
