Our mission is to impact the lives of young people throughout Connecticut by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. First Tee – Connecticut is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly in

tegrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. Through programs at 17 outdoor locations, in 162 schools and in partnership with local youth service agencies, we annually help shape the lives of over 71,000 young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf.

We are wishing PGA Professional and First Tee National Ambassador ALEX SMALLEY best of luck at the TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP! Alex graciously conducted a clinic at Goodwin Park for our First Tee - Connecticut kids during Travelers Championship week and earned lots of new fans with his shot-making, insightful info and friendly personality.
