We also visit nursing home residents, do beautification projects and much more. We also work at various events selling food.

We provide scholarships, sponsor the Crisfield HS Leo Club, support families through Thanksgiving baskets, school supplies, children’s activities, and vision screening. The main fund raising event for Crisfield Lioness Lions is our annual Quarter Auction.

Our club mourns the passing of Lion Doug Nelson of the Crisfield Lions Club. Doug was truly a bright light in our community. He had a servant's heart and a love for helping others. This loss touches our Lioness family in a very personal way. Doug's sisters, Bonnie and Beth, are members of our club, and his wife, Linda, was one of our charter members. Linda, Bonnie, and Beth, please know that our hearts are hurting with yours. Doug gave so much of himself to others, and our community is a better place because he was part of it.

She hasn't officially said yes to joining yet but we're working on it! Pictured on the left is Joanne who joined us as a guest of Lion Elizabeth. We're not putting any pressure on Joanne but we might be saving her a seat!

If you plan to attend the Uncorked W**e Festival and have used eyeglasses please consider donating them to our club for recycling.We will also be collecting donations for the Lions Low Vision Research Center at the Wilmer Eye Institute.

With the chartering of the Crisfield Lioness Lions Club in 2002, Crisfield became home to two Lions Clubs, the Crisfield Lions Club and the Crisfield Lioness Lions Club. For a small town like Crisfield, having two separate Lions Clubs serving the same community is especially noteworthy. It is a testament to the community’s strong commitment to volunteerism and service to others.
