💜 Emmaus Family, let's share some encouragement today.

Think back to your Walk.

What is one thing God taught you through Emmaus that still impacts your life today?

Was it a scripture?
A moment in the chapel?
A friendship that began on the Walk?
A lesson that changed your perspective?

For many of us, Emmaus was never just a weekend. It was the beginning of a deeper journey with Christ.

Share your answer in the comments. Your story may be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

Emmaus Question of the Day...

Be honest...

What was the hardest thing for you to keep secret before your Walk?

☐ The letters
☐ The agape gifts
☐ The food
☐ The fact that everyone kept smiling and saying, "Don't anticipate "
☐ Something else entirely

I'll go first...

Trying not to tell people what was coming while also trying to convince them they absolutely needed to go! 😄

Do you struggle with feeling outside of God’s care? Feeling unloved or unlovable? Perhaps you believe that God loves the whole world, but you struggle to feel seen by Him?

There’s a story in the Bible about Jesus preaching to thousands of people. Then, He got in a boat, crossed a lake and touched/changed one man’s life. Then He got back in the boat and left. (Matthew 8)

That’s a fiercely personal love. Jesus spoke to the masses. But He saw and loved people one at a time.

And He wants you to know that He sees and loves you. Fiercely. He would leave the 5000 to tend to your heart. He would sacrifice His Son for you. He did.

Our feelings are real. But, at times, they aren’t truthful. God loves you. He sees you, and He’s closer than you think. Always. – Sandi

Jesus didn’t come to make us comfortable….

He came to make us new.🙏✝️🤎

Jesus asks us to follow Him...

But where is He leading YOU today?

Beside the still waters where your soul can rest?
Through a dark valley where faith feels hard?
To a mountaintop where His presence seems so close you can almost touch it?

The truth is, our journey with Christ will take us through all of these places and more.

No matter where He leads, we can trust this promise: He never sends us anywhere alone.

In the peace. In the struggle. In the waiting. In the victory.

He is already there.

Where is Jesus leading you today?
