One of the highlights of this year's Day of Caring was seeing volunteers travel from across Central New York to lend a helping hand in the Village of McGraw. 🌟

A special thank you to Sarah Parton, Community Impact Manager for Visions Federal Credit Union , and the incredible team of volunteers she organized for spending the day with us and helping us tackle projects throughout McGraw’s Recreation Park. Theses volunteers brought energy, enthusiasm, and a true spirit of service to everything they did. 🎨🌳

We are also deeply grateful for VFCU's sponsorship of this year's Day of Caring. Their support helped make this event possible, and their volunteers helped make it a success. 💪

Today, we're celebrating the people, organizations, and community spirit that make the 607 such a great place to call home.🏡

At the UWCC, we're fortunate to see that spirit in action every day—but nowhere was it more visible than during our recent Day of Caring in the Village of McGraw. 💪🤝

That day was a powerful reminder of what makes the 607 so special: neighbors helping neighbors and people coming together to strengthen the communities they love.

Investing in our community means never stopping the search for new ideas and innovative solutions. 💪

Earlier this week, we traveled to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, to attend the Northeast Regional United Way Conference, held June 1–3, 2026.

More than 400 United Way staff, volunteers, and leaders from 13 states gathered to share innovative ideas, build meaningful connections, and explore new ways to strengthen communities across the Northeast. 🤝🌎

At the UWCC, we believe that collaboration makes us stronger. Opportunities like this allow us to learn from our peers, exchange best practices, and bring fresh ideas back home to better serve the people of Cortland County. 💡🏡

A special thank you to and United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley for their leadership and for bringing together so many passionate changemakers dedicated to making a difference. 👏

The best solutions are built together, and we're proud to be part of a network committed to lasting impact. 💙

We want to thank all the volunteers, organizations, businesses, and community members who joined us for last week's Day of Caring in the Village of McGraw 🏡🌳. What an amazing display of community spirit!🤝

The support, enthusiasm, and positive energy that filled the park throughout the day was inspiring. 💪
