Yesterday, the Coppell Interfaith group hosted National Day of Prayer at the Andy Brown East Pavilion.

The evening began with lovely music from the children’s choir, followed by performances featuring the tongue drum, violin, and flute. We then heard prayers and reflections from representatives of more than eight different faiths.

One of the most beautiful things about our community is the diversity of cultures and faiths that make up Coppell. While each faith may express prayer and spirituality in its own unique way, we all gathered with the shared hope for unity, peace, love, and the betterment of humanity.

This is what makes living in Coppell so special — so many faiths and perspectives represented, all coming together in friendship and harmony.
