Come out this Wednesday night! Track is the only place you can ride with stronger riders and not get dropped. You just get lapped - lol!

Seriously though. This place is good for developing efficient leg speed, increasing your power output, and extending your endurance at a higher effort.

Bike rentals available. Just bring your shoes, pedals and helmet.

$5 bike rental
$5 training support to FVA
$15 motor pace workouts.

Wednesday nights. 6-9:30pm.

Luck is on our side! Earlier track looked like a wash out. Now it’s clear skies!

Come out and motor pace or just learn how to ride and train on the track. It’s the WATTS FACTORY! Right here at Cooper City’s Brian Piccolo velodrome.

> 20 min increasing every 5 min. from 25-33+ mph
> Take a lap! How many laps can YOU gain on the 24-25mph moped

Also 3-Up/1-Down workouts and steady rotating pacelines if you didn’t want to motor pace.
